The ad problem
Most shops can’t buy their way in. So they have to be found.
The big ad platforms don’t allow tobacco and vape ads. That makes Google Maps, search and your own website the channels that bring people through the door.
Google Ads
Google’s ad policy doesn’t allow ads for tobacco, products that contain it, or products made to simulate smoking.
NOT ALLOWEDFacebook & Instagram ads
Meta’s ad rules don’t allow ads that promote the sale or use of tobacco, e-cigarettes or vapes.
NOT ALLOWEDText message promos
Phone carriers filter tobacco marketing texts, and they expect a 21+ age check before anyone joins.
HEAVILY LIMITEDWhat still works, and what we build for you:
- Google Maps listing
- Search results for “smoke shop near me”
- Your website and menu
- Email club you own
- Reviews
- Signs and storefront
- Instagram and TikTok posts (not ads)
Platform rules as of October 2026. They change and vary by product, so we check the current rules for what you sell before launch.

A shop people remember and come back to.
When you can’t run ads, your name, your sign and your bag do the advertising.

A name, logo and colors that look as good on a neon sign as on a phone screen.
Neon & storefront signs
Sign designs that read from across the street, day and night.
Window graphics
Hours, “open late” and your categories, styled to stop people walking by.
Bags & packaging
Branded bags, boxes and stickers, so every purchase walks out as an ad.
Loyalty & gift cards
Punch cards and gift cards that bring people back to your counter.
Staff shirts & merch
Shirts, hats and lighters with your logo for the team and your regulars.
Menu screens
In-store screens with categories, new arrivals and deals, updated from one place.
Social media kit
Post and story templates for new drops and store news.

Categories, prices and photos, organized the way your shelves are.

Top of the map, for every location.
- Google Business Profile for each store, set up and cleaned up: categories, hours, photos and products.
- Hours that are always right, including holidays, so “open now” searches find you.
- A steady stream of reviews, with a friendly ask after purchases and replies to every one.
- Pages for each neighborhood and city you serve, in English and Spanish.
- Apple Maps and Bing too, so you show up wherever people search.
Delivery in Miami
Same-day delivery, done by the book.
In Miami, people shop after midnight. Delivery can be a real sales channel for your shop, as long as every order is checked twice: once online and once at the door.
- Delivery zones by zip code: pick the neighborhoods you cover, like Brickell, Wynwood or Coral Gables, with fees, minimums and hours for each.
- Age check at checkout: customers confirm they’re 21+ and verify with their ID before they can pay.
- A driver app for your team: scan the ID, match the face, collect an adult signature. If anything fails, the order goes back to the store.
- Blocked addresses built in: no schools, P.O. boxes or package lockers, and never left at the door.
- Live tracking and texts, so customers know when to have their ID ready.
- Records kept for you: every order, ID check and signature saved for the reports delivery sellers have to file.

Most delivery apps won’t take these orders. DoorDash, for example, doesn’t let shops sell tobacco through its app, so most shops deliver with their own drivers.

Built with the rules in mind
Grow without stepping on a rule.
Age checks everywhereThe federal minimum age for tobacco and vape products is 21. Your site, your email club and any pickup flow ask for age first.
Delivery and shippingOnline and phone orders that get delivered, even across town, can count as delivery sales under the federal PACT Act: registration with the ATF and the state, age checks, an adult signature with ID and monthly reports. Florida adds its own rules for tobacco delivery sales, including a license and age certification. Vapes can’t go through USPS.
Hemp and CBDRules change by state. In Florida, hemp products can only be sold to people 21 and over. We set up your site for the rules where you sell.
No health claimsProduct pages describe what things are, not what they’ll do for you.
We’re not lawyers. Your attorney confirms what you can sell and how; we build the site around it.
