Show it

Make owners proud. Make buyers curious.

Most building websites look the same as they did 15 years ago. Yours can show what it’s actually like to live there.

Meet the law

Florida’s website rule, made simple.

What it asks

  • Condo associations with 25 or more units need a website, since January 1, 2026
  • A password-protected section for owners
  • Bylaws, rules, budgets, financial reports, contracts and bids, plus approved minutes and meeting videos from the past 12 months
  • New documents posted within 30 days

What we do

  • Owners’ portal with a login for each owner
  • Your documents organized by type and year
  • Monthly posting on your care plan: you send it, we post it
  • Owners asking for records can be sent a link

This is a short summary, not legal advice. Your association’s attorney confirms exactly what applies to your building (Florida Statutes §718.111(12)(g)). We build the website and portal to support it.

Start with what your building needs

You don’t need everything at once.

Start with the owners’ portal, the 3D building or the whole site. Tell us what the board needs first, and we’ll send a written proposal.
